“I started my company back in 2008 because of the astounding number of businesses in need of working capital and the tightened lending guidelines of traditional lending institutions. Over the past years, mainstream banks are still, in most cases, unwilling to lend to business owners wishing to obtain financing for a variety of different reasons.
Fortunately, I understand the current lending market very well and dedicate myself to helping business owners obtain the financing they need.
I realized early on that a business is much more than a credit score or a personal asset to secure a loan.
Most businesses need capital for a number of different reasons to operate at full their capability and in order to mature and expand into their full potential.
My professional career experience in business finance, commercial, and residential lending has fully rounded and prepared me into the business professional I am today. I have over 20 years of being in the finance/lending arena. Through this time, I have developed a multitude of different relationships in varied markets. Because of this, it has allowed me to fund businesses in even the most unique circumstances and situations.
We currently offer a full range of products, including business lines of credit, equipment financing loans, franchise and franchise set up loans, merchant cash advances, small business term loans, secured and unsecured business loans, hard money loans, construction loans, working capital, and bad credit loans.
